Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary resources for successful project delivery.
Payments
- Payments must be made as per the agreed project milestones or invoices.
- Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
- Any taxes (GST/TDS) applicable will be borne by the client.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to final deliverables (website, design, code, etc.), unless otherwise agreed.
- UDTECH Consultants retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose project details to third parties without consent.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and reliability, UDTECH Consultants will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Revisions & Support
Project scope will be defined at the start. Any additional revisions, features, or support outside the agreed scope may incur extra costs.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to termination will be billed accordingly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
