Refund & Cancellation Policy

At UDTech Consultants, we strive to deliver high-quality IT, web development, and consultancy services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Project Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice via email.
  • Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed, and any advance payments will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Any third-party costs (such as hosting, plugins, or software licenses) already incurred will be non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by UDTech Consultants

  • In rare cases where we must cancel a project (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), we will refund payments for work not yet delivered.
  • Completed work or resources already shared will not be refunded.

3. Refunds

  • Advance Payments/Deposits: Non-refundable once the project has commenced.
  • Milestone Payments: Refunds are not provided for completed milestones. If work is partially completed, adjustments may be made on a case-by-case basis.
  • Digital Services & Deliverables: Since our services involve time, expertise, and digital work, refunds are generally not applicable after delivery.

4. Support & Maintenance Plans

  • For ongoing support/maintenance contracts, cancellations can be made with one month’s prior notice.
  • Payments made for the current billing cycle will not be refunded.

5. Turnaround Time for Refunds

  • Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business daysvia the original mode of payment.

6. Disputes

In case of any dispute, we encourage clients to first contact us at info@udtechconsultants.com so we can resolve the matter amicably.
