We are seeking a Wax Process Engineer to join our team! The Production Clerk will coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve die maint. program; also preferred die maint. as needed
• -Make sure paperwork is correct and complete per AS9100D standard.
• -Ensure wax injection equipt. function & output areright per specifications.
• -Complete one continuous improvement per week in wax dept. to drive cost reduction
• -Act as a resource to help resolve issues w/ employees
• -Daily audit of wax ultrasound(UT) and X-ray compliance-assist teams to achieve existing goals in production/quality
• -Provide techincal support on wax equip., on hand trainingand troubleshooting.
• -Perform dailt audits to ensure procedures are being followed.
• -Conducts engineering trials for improve.-make sure wax meets quality standards- lift 50lbs

Qualifications:

• Bilingual is a plus, 3 years minimum of wax injection op. or related exp.
• Six Sigma preferred but not required.

EdUCATION:

• B.A. in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline
