TMC is hiring an experienced IT Director in Miami to lead technology strategy, operations, and cybersecurity across multiple U.S. sites. About This Vacancy Oversee IT operations across three U.S. sites and lead a team of five professionals. Define and implement architecture across ERP (Sage X3), MES, APS, WMS, Power BI, and network systems. Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance through proactive IT management. Drive and deliver IT projects aligned with business priorities, timelines, and budgets. Lead the company’s cybersecurity strategy and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and other departments to support digital transformation and process improvement. Establish IT governance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices. Stay current with technology trends and evaluate new tools or systems that enhance efficiency and competitiveness. What We Expect From You 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or management role. Experience in industrial, food manufacturing, or FMCG environments preferred. Strong technical background in ERP systems (preferably Sage X3), business intelligence, cloud technologies, and infrastructure management. Proven track record in IT project delivery, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. Fluent in English; French or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
