Pay: $13-$15/hour

Full-time & Part-time | Paid Orientation | Flexible Scheduling

✅ What You'll Do

• Assist clients with daily living activities in their homes.
• Support mobility, hygiene, meal prep, and companionship.
• Serve as a trusted caregiver for families across Kennett Square and West Philly.

Pre-Hire Requirements

To ensure you're work-ready, we collect the following documents before onboarding:

• Valid CNA Certification or HHA Training (if applicable)
• Current Resume
• Completed Physical Exam
• Recent TB Test

The Hiring Process

• Prescreening Interview: We'll ask simple questions about availability, car ownership, and general caregiving experience (in person or by phone).
• Orientation: 1-2 hours, completed in a single day - and yes, you'll be paid for it !
• Training: Provided via email or conducted in-office for convenience.

• Active Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
• Reliable, compassionate individuals with a strong work ethic
• Available for weekday or weekend shifts (weekend work is flexible and case-by-case)
